General comments
• Therapiefalen na eenmalige dosering praziquantel komt frequent (20-30%) voor. Herhalen behandeling na 4 weken.
• CZS lokalisatie praziquantel met hoge dosis corticosteroïden (prednison max. 60mg/dag) in afbouwschema op basis van het klinisch beeld.
Praziquantel: inname met maaltijd.
