Indications: Late onset (>72 uur na geboorte), nosocomiaal

Indications: Late onset (>72 uur na geboorte), Van huis, community-acquired, meningitis uitgesloten

Indiens (enigzins) verdenking meningitis, zie aldaar.

Gentamicine gedurende maximaal 3 dagen. Indien gebruik langer dan 3 dagen moeten spiegelbepalingen worden verricht.

Zodra de verwekker van de sepsis bekend is, dient het gekozen regime te worden gestroomlijnd/aangepast op basis van het antibiogram.

Behandelduur bij sepsis zonder duidelijk focus: 7-10 dagen.
